And you have to use the minutes between 9 PM and 7 AM. They told me they changed the time from 8 PM to 9 PM for the convenience of the customers, because they found that most people used their minutes after 9 PM and not 8 PM. How fucked up is that?????!!!??!?!??!
Convenience, my buttocks. They did it (without telling anyone, I might add) so that people would use up all of their daytime minutes (and go over) without knowing it.
I know I did. I was like, "There's NO WAY I used 400 daytime minutes in one week!" and they were all calls around 8:30PM.
