badadam could find another place to do band practice stuff, because there's this really cute 3BR townhouse (1/2 double) nearish the airport and right off I-670 and I-270 with a 1 car garage, new carpeting, no pet fee, no application fee, a backyard, and a full basement that is owned by the nicest woman ever (she just called me back) for only $675/month.
p.s. Adam, I called the numbers for the two houses on Hudson and left messages.

And we should also stop in Columbia, MO and visit my big brother! :)
