The universe is mocking me for staying in columbus.

I'm really glad I decided to stay here, if for no other reason that I wouldn't have been able to get my act together in time to be on the East Coast by June 30th. I also love the people here and am looking forward to at least another year with them. And I love my new place.

However, yesterday when I was at the Virgin Megastore at Easton with soulcatcher73, I got a phone call that messed me up.

There's an organization in Massachusetts called the Home for Little Wanderers. It has a bunch of residential homes for runaway youth. A woman called me yesterday to tell me that HLW is opening a new residential home specifically for LGBT youth, and they wanted me to come interview. It's the first home of its type in Massachusetts, and the third in the country.

I was a little sad about that. I would love that job. But it will be cool to be here, too. I just need to start looking for jobs. At least I can tell prospective employers that I'm taking my licensure exam on July 1st.

I want another Big Gay Job!! :(

Hooray for this weekend! B52s, Pride, Indigo Girls, ComFest. YAY!
