I have not read Sexing The Cherry. It seems as difficult to read as Gut Symmetries. (I'm addicted to Winterson) Did you read The Powerbook? It's different from the others...

I haven't read The Powerbook. Sexing the Cherry is a tad difficult, but the story is beautiful, so it's worth it. :)

I cannot bring myself to wear MK&A makeup, Jenny and I just stared in horror at WalMart when we saw it.

However while I was in the US, I did finally see one of their videos. THe London one, of course. (Entirely by accident, I was engaging iin my annual allotment of channel surfing when I saw MK&A in front of Big Ben's tower. My car-crash-watching instinct kicked in.) I have to admit the films are not bad, given that they are designed for young people.
