Is it Friday yet?

judecorpIt's really beautiful outside today. I had a hard time sleeping because my nose is pretty stuffed, so the dry heat blowing around was making it miserable. I woke up around 6:20am (thank you, Daedalus) and couldn't get back to sleep. I wound up dozing in and out around 7:30am, and had spotty dreams that lasted about two minutes. One of them involved Daedalus perpetually bringing a million cat toys onto the bed. Weird. And then the alarm went off, and Jen went to shower, and I slept for the half hour she was in there. Thank goodness.
I went with her to drop her car off at Alternative Auto and then brought her to work. It really /is/ gorgeous out, and I was glad to experience it a little. Since I was out, I dropped off a CD to the library and deposited the money I was supposed to bring to the bank two days ago. And then I answered a bunch of email. Phew! I wish I was at work already, though, because I'll be tired after 6, I'm sure, and I'm on until 9.
But I've gotten some good suggestions about my keeping-in-touch problem, and I appreciate it immensely. My friends are an endless source of inspiration. Now I must get my stuff together and drag my lazy, sleepy butt to work. Maybe I should take some decongestants. Maybe I should start making more lists.
