2. What was your first concert?
Tiffany and New Kids on the Block

Paul Simon
4. What was your first CD/Album you bought?
With my own money? I have no idea. The first cassette I ever asked for by name was the soundtrack to "Stand By Me."
5. What was the first video you saw on MTV?
No clue. We got cable as soon as it came out. I was 6. Gimme a break!
6. What were you doing when the Challenger blew up?
I was in elementary school. We had just come back from lunch recess and the teacher told us that the Challenger had exploded. We thought she was kidding. Then they wheeled the television into the 4th grade classroom and we watched it explode over and over and over.
7. If you could have an exotic pet, what would you have?
I don't really believe in taking pets out of the wild to be human companions. But a kangaroo might be cool. Or a bonobo.
8. What sci-fi conventions have you been to?
You've gotta be kidding me. This is ME you're talking about. I'm allergic to sci-fi.
9. Did you wear a costume to the convention?
BWA HA HA HA!
10. As a child, what was your favorite cartoon?
The Smurfs. But my favorite show was The Muppet Show.

Jesus - Does it make you sad to see what people do in your name?

No. No money. When I get a cell, I'm going to get rid of the landline, and I can't do that while I have a roommate who uses the landline.
17. Describe your dream house. (Don't get carried away. Three sentences would suffice!)
A fabulous, airy, wonderful apartment along Central Park South. Or SoHo. And it would always be full of people, and cool things, and just plain good energy. And cats.
