Where am I living again?

judecorpThere is an assload of snow out there. I walked outside to sweep my steps and I was like, "Gah, I thought I moved out of Maine in 2000!" Holy crap on a crap cracker (as ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
siercia would say), but it suuuuuucks. Sure, it's cool that I have a day off from work and all, but I don't even know if I will be able to get out of my parking space tomorrow. I'm parked on Neil and when I opened my car door, I had to push snow out of the way. The snow was higher than my stupid car door! UGH.
So I decided that I would clean off my car after I cleaned off the steps. I figured that there would be way too much if I tried to do it all tomorrow morning before work, and I was so right. There was about 9-12 inches of snow on my car. I wanted to make sure it would still start, too... so I got it all toasty warm and cleaned it all off and then for shits and giggles I started backing out. I had the intention of trying to back into the parking space behind me (someone left). I could drive forward, but I couldn't really drive back too much and I didn't want to gun the engine because I didn't have my glasses on. (Yeah, that would have been wunderbar!)
Anyway, it's almost an hour before I would have to had gone into work, and I've made the bed, balanced my checkbook, swept the steps and walk, cleaned off the car, went to the ATM to deposit a check, and mailed the two DVDs that Jen and I watched last night: Wonder Boys and Colors Straight Up. I'm about to change my pants and head over to a girl's warm bed, but I need to decide which books and movies I want to bring. Wheeeee!
Oh, and did I mention that RuPaul made a Donnie Darko reference? Well, I'm not sure if he did it on purpose, though he is /incredibly/ media savvy. But he mentioned something about someone (I think LL Cool J, whom he says threatened to kick his ass when he was a guest star on his show) making actions out of the path of fear. I'M NOT AFRAID ANYMORE!!
