Yogurt pains

I had some of that Nouriche stuff, that drinkable yogurt. I now have this enormous headache of unknown causes. I eat yogurt all the time and have never had a problem. Is there something different about THIS yogurt?

check the ingredients to see if it has a lot of Aspertame in it. That's like fake sugar shit, and a lot of it can give anyone a headache.

I'm pretty sure it does have aspartame, but aspartame doesn't usually give me a headache (I eat sugar-free stuff all the time). But maybe I was dehydrated or something so the aspartame hit me harder than usual?

If it's drinkable then it's runnier than regular yogurt. What did they do or add to it to make it runny? That could be the problem...

From what I could see, all they added was skim milk. But I'll check again, I might be missing something.

The only thing that usually gives me a headache is MSG.

Some years ago I found <a href="http://www.noapologiespress.com/presents/asiandrink/yogloo.html</a>this shit</a> in the Asian foods section at Big Bear (except it was strawberry, not melon.) I like yogurt, but the fact that it tasted exactly like strawberry yogurt but was liquid was really off-putting. I can't imagine Nouriche being much better.
