The system date on the file was 3/28/98.
However, some other pics from the same party have '96 dates.
So I'll vouch for it being 1996.

I went to NC-III and NC-IV. I hooked up with Jost at NC-III. I walked on water at NC-IV. Whoo!
The Lag Days mesh together in my mind. I went to more of those. They were further north.

Yeah, the lag days are even worse for me as far as blurring together goes.
I think I only went to two, with one of them being the one with the blue PlayStation.
But I'll wait and see if you remember the quote that goes with that. :)
