Date: 2004-07-08 02:54 pm (UTC)A friend of mine took 3 diff jobs in the course of about 2 months--which I couldn't believe, but she finally landed the one she REALLY wanted. She took the 1st offer because it was better than where she was, then the 2nd thing came up and that was even better and then the 3rd finally opened, so there she went.
I don't know that is morally or ethically right? But, you need/want a job and if one comes up that you wouldn't mind, I'd def take it until the other one comes around. Even though the ad is new, due to sometimes lengthy hiring prcesses, the new person might not start until like September or so. Well, good luck either way----!!
