Wow, I get a paycheck this week!

judecorpTomorrow should be an interesting day at work. I am coordinating my first assessment. It's exciting but nervewracking - I really have zero experience with Early Intervention and have never used this assessment tool nor assessed children under three years old. I suppose the first time has to come sometime, and soon I'll be old hat at it (I have three assessments scheduled this week, so it may be really soon), but for now, I am paranoid that I will just be a blabbering idiot.
I shadowed a coworker today whom I think I could actually like. This is quite an improvement. She is not a Stepford Social Worker. She's kind of hippie-ish. YAY! (But she's no Coworker Sarah or Coworker Hope!)

opalexian's monkeys and the paddle-ball that Supervisor Sara gave me. But it was nice to hang up pictures of Jen and the cats. It would be nicer if someone would just mail me paychecks without having to do any work. Can't I just be a SAHM now?
Oh, heyreveries, wanna make me an icon? I joined this online Survivor game (because I am a true addict) and need an icon for it. You can have any sort of icon as long as it says Survivor on it somewhere, but I was thinking some completely hot strong female character. And my tribe color is orange, so that has to be involved also. Are you up for the challenge?
I thought I had something witty and/or interesting to say here, but I'm drawing a blank. So I'll just close with the note that Jen has the softest, sweetest, warmest lips in the whole entire universe. Yum.
