I'm home alone, making a very irresponsible dinner of fried potatoes with garlic. It's not good for me, and not even remotely balanced, but the oh-so-lovely smell of garlic sauteing in olive oil makes me so happy.

For the occasion, I plopped into WinAmp a playlist I called "Happy Bouncy Music" that I made a million years ago. This song makes me so effing happy I can hardly stand it. It's a Juice Tiger!

I worked until 6, and then headed to SuperCuts to get a haircut. In the parking lot, I realized that I had gone to work without my license and debit card. Whoops! Good thing I didn't get pulled over. Needless to say, no haircut.

This means that there will be a poll forthcoming - haircut quiz!

(Oh, and my acquaintance-friend Rebecca agreed to email the coordinator of Fenway's Violence Recovery Program on my behalf. *squeee*)

Cheat like I do. I use olive oil flavored Pam and spray the bejesus out of everything when I make fried potatoes and garlic. It really works! And it's nummy. If for some reason it's not getting crisp enough I'll wait until it's almost done and then drizzle a wee little bit of real oil over it. Yum!

Hunh, I'll have to try that when we have actual money to buy groceries and can buy some Pam spray. Right now we have a big can of olive oil, and that's free!
