I have been making a poster for my new assistantship job. I wasn't entirely sure how I felt about it - I mean, I thought it was cute, but it seemed really lacking to me. I'm so picky.

My boss comes in and says, "Wow, that's really great! What made you think of that?" (It's really just a bunch of interlocking circles for each of the events, somewhat resembling those freedom ring chains.) And then he says, "I'm so glad I hired you."

It's just a poster. But hee! I rule.

The women that work on my floor are totally awesome. Everyone is, really. This one girl was yammering on about friends of hers, and they are all girls that I know, and it made me miss them. But maybe I can hunt down Greta and Marybeth and Beth and Veena.

But it was a good day. And went pretty quickly. And I got to gab with Velma. I think I'm going to drop my Wednesday night class, because 3 classes plus internship plus assistantship plus volunteering might kill me. We'll see how class is tomorrow. If I'm loving it, I'll stay. If not, eh. I will spend the whole time thinking of juliann, because it will be her birthday!

I have no Princesses and Ninjas to keep me from wearing myself down, so I need to be careful. Drat.

Hello.

My Name is KungFooGirl, and I would like to apply for hte position of "Ninja", as described in your post above.

I've been Ninja-ing since April of 2001, and I have my green belt. I also placed second in a major tournament recently.

I beleive that my Ninja skills would be a benefits to your organization. I have extensive experience with keeping people from wearing themselves down, often by the effective use of my karate.

I also work well with Princesses. Being able to be a part of a team is something thet doesn't come naturally to a Ninja. It's taken a lot of training, but I DO work well with Princesses. It's worth saying twice.

When I said that I had no Princesses and Ninjas, I meant that I had none NEARBY. Which is a big bummer.

However, you need to relocate to NY, so that the Knight and the Princess and the Ninja (who by then will be well past Green Belt, I'm sure) can all rock the house.

Oh yeah.

OMG, she's SO cute!!!! Can we package her up and mass market her NOW? Wait, no...that would dilute it. How could I ever handle a smurf and a kungfoogirl in the same room at once. I might need oxygen.
