I have been making a poster for my new assistantship job. I wasn't entirely sure how I felt about it - I mean, I thought it was cute, but it seemed really lacking to me. I'm so picky.

My boss comes in and says, "Wow, that's really great! What made you think of that?" (It's really just a bunch of interlocking circles for each of the events, somewhat resembling those freedom ring chains.) And then he says, "I'm so glad I hired you."

It's just a poster. But hee! I rule.

The women that work on my floor are totally awesome. Everyone is, really. This one girl was yammering on about friends of hers, and they are all girls that I know, and it made me miss them. But maybe I can hunt down Greta and Marybeth and Beth and Veena.

But it was a good day. And went pretty quickly. And I got to gab with Velma. I think I'm going to drop my Wednesday night class, because 3 classes plus internship plus assistantship plus volunteering might kill me. We'll see how class is tomorrow. If I'm loving it, I'll stay.
