So today we will go from MA to RI to NJ to MA to RI to MA. But I would rather be going back to bed.

I was actually able to sleep last night, though my back still hurts quite a bit. But it didn't hurt too much when I laid on my back, so I was able to sleep. Yay! It's hard as heck to climb out of our bed with a sore back. We built it quite tall, and there is about 10" of foamy goodness on it. *squish*

My father is going to meet Jen's parents today. This is going to be a frightening day. It is the sort of day that deserves french fries. Definitely. (Do we even have cash? I suppose we should have figured this out before we have to leave.)

Last night I got to watch Amish in the City. It's a must-see. No, really. (I just wish I could watch it with Peas!) I am so in love with Ruth. Though she will never beat my #1 reality television love, Julie from the Real World. Mmmmm, LDS goodness.

On the way down, we hit so much traffic in CT there was no worry about speed limits.

On the way back, we took the Merritt Parkway through. I love that road.

oh, it's a scenic highway!! it's totally my favorite. you know, that road is simultaneously known as the merrit parkway, the wilbur cross highway, the berlin turnpike and route 15. fascinating, right? the best part is when you get to rye and the road goes all twisty turny. it's hot.
