I can't believe my father! He leaves me all of these passive-aggressive messages on my voice mail about how I never call him and don't love him (lies), and then completely neglects to tell me that my grandfather fell last Saturday and had to go to the emergency room!

Thankfully he's mostly alright, no broken bones or anything like that, but he's taking painkillers and muscle relaxers and hasn't done much of anything since then. My father has talked to me or my voicemail four times since Saturday and hasn't said a thing, but he can manage to give my guilt about not being able to leave work early on Friday to go out to dinner with my grandmother for her birthday.

Argh. Sometimes this man makes me spit fire.
