I just found out, thanks to friendsfriends, that this guy in Columbus that I sort of knew from LiveJournal was in a really bad car accident on the 11th and is in the ICU. He slammed his car into a tree, and then his car caught on fire. He has third degree burns on like 50% of his body and he just had to have his right hand amputated. Wow, that's totally scary and shocking. I think he's like 20 years old.

And then my Jennifer came home from work and said that she thought that two guys followed her home from the train station. She was pretty shaken up about the whole thing.

I just can't imagine anything ever happening to her. My god, I would totally lose it. I don't even have the brainpower to really contemplate such a thing. Everything I hope and dream about is intertwined with her and her hopes and dreams. Would I still want a baby? Would I still want to own a house? I have no idea. The world would be a very different, very surreal, and very empty place.

No, no hits.

I don't need to talk about it anymore, but suffice to say that it was/is a rough breakup. Stupid LDS girls...

Things are better, though. Thanks for asking/offering.

I can't believe you're still chasing after LDS girls.

Yeah, I know. I can't believe it either. This one was somehow... different.

Oh well. If anything, breakups tend to hone my focus a bit more. I get a lot of stuff done after one.
