judecorpArgh, I want to do something with my hair so badly. I was looking at random people I came into contact with today and I wonder if I would ever be able to pull off one of those "messy" cropped haircuts that are sort of trendy and hippie-ish these days, or if they are too feminine for me. I think they are so cute! And then maybe if I got some sort of trendy haircut I wouldn't have "lesbo hair" for the rest of my life!
I don't know, cute trendy haircuts usually involve work. And I am sooooo no good at doing work on my appearance. (As if that wasn't painfully obvious, heh.)
So in honor of all of those extreme makeover television shows, I have agonized over my hair for your viewing pleasure. Sayonara, Lesbo hair! I called Sally Jessie!!

I had a tousled pixie-looking crop going around that time, though... and while I was waiting one day before a WIC appointment on base, one of the volunteers came in real close (I was afraid she was going to put her hands in my pockets like the intern in Dilbert) and said "I love your hair! Where did you get it done?". She looked slightly crestfallen when I told her I'd buzzed my hair with a 1/2" guard a few months earlier.
