Ratbutt Bowl 2005!

Our house is so clean right now and I am loving it so much! We went on a cleaning rampage today and got rid of so much of the grit and grime that has collected in the house due to all of the snow, sand, and salt. Hooray! I also went to town on the bathroom and everything is shiny and lovely once again. I do love a clean house, yay!

Also, it's Official Ratbutt Day! (See previous entries on the topic.) Guy called this morning and lovingly agreed to give me the Patriots again, even though he hates the Eagles. Don't tell him, but I think even if the Pats win I will still give him a reprieve from being the Ratbutt. (Heck, he's been the Ratbutt for so long I can barely count. Six years! He needs a break.) If the Pats lose, I will just have to cry and cry. Olex and Jenn are going to enjoy the game commercials with us and there will be The Pigging Out Of The Fatty Foods. (We also received a lovely invitation from Jeffy and Melis but I didn't want to trek out to Clinton for a late evening on a School Night.)

I've been so good about the gym but I doubt I'll be able to go tomorrow since I have a doctor appointment at 5:40pm. I would go before work but I already have to start early - I have to be at a client's at 8:30am to take her and her son to BMC for an appointment. I will probably be there for several hours, then I have a 1:00, a 2:15, a 3:30, and then I race up to Fenway. Good times. Somewhere in there I also have to call the Volunteer Person back to schedule my observation shift. Busy busy. When am I going to ex-errrrr-cise?

I want to become a gym-head and get all buff. Rawr. That would be hott.

Ha! I have to act all butch in order to reinforce your nelliness! (Besides, SOMEONE in my whole faggy house has to watch the Superbowl, right?)

We went with a big plastic bin for shoes and keeping our slippers by the fron t door this year, it's made a big difference in the amount of road salt and sand on the floors.

We keep the boots downstairs in the second-floor hallway, but the other shoes come up to the third-floor landing and live on an old towel. That's cut down on the salt/sand/grit in weird parts of the house, but that whole landing area (and the stairs) were still pretty nasty.

There's other grit around the house, but I think that's tracked-in cat litter from the little monsters.
