judecorpI've been so good about eating well that I thought I would treat myself to some fish and chips when I went out to dinner with 
Dr. Chris, Jess, Jill, and my Jennifer. It actually wasn't even as delicious as I hoped, and now I actually feel kind of yucky. I think I will avoid the big bad deep fried goodness from now on. (At least for a while. If I'm going to cheat I think I'd rather do it with sweets.)
It's snowing again. Earlier tonight there were huge white clumps of flakes and it was coming down really hard. I'm scared to look out the window. I was going to go to the gym before work tomorrow morning but I think I will probably end up getting my exercise by shoveling and cleaning off the car. YUCK.
