Really, I would like this house.

Someone buy it for me? Please?

It's not my taste, but looks like a nice solid house. You could go back to Columbus, get a big gay job, and put a down payment on it, mebbe?

There are no Big Gay Jobs to be had! Anywhere! I am totally done looking for them for now. They are all about connections and I just don't have the hookups. Aah well.

And honestly, I don't think we'll ever end up moving back. We gave up so much and sold so much and worked so hard to move here... where would we scrape up all the money and energy to do it all again in reverse? Besides, I'm still worried that Jen would be miserable, and that's not worth it to me.

1. If we ever bought a house from you, you would get your FULL commission. I don't want anyone other than you to get our commission!!

2. Furniture shopping is fun, but I have NOOO taste!!

With some creativity and looking-the-other-wayness, I think I could get you in that house, if you really really really really wanted to...

Why would you have to look the other way? I have fantastic credit!

oh no, m'lady. It's A LOT more than just credit. I'd have to look the other way because of a few other things...ratios...income guarantees...income histories...and other stuffs that may proclude a Bostonian moving to Ohio without a job waiting for them...

...but I'd be willing to do that, because I'm a mortgage ninja like that...

Dude, we're not moving anywhere without a job EVER AGAIN.

And I would never ever ever buy a house without us having jobs. I'd rather live in a box for a few months before dealing with THAT hassle. :)

But I like yo mad ninja skillz.

that's a beautiful house... but you might want to give the neighborhood a few more years of urban renewal. parsons is still a little scary. they were finding dead hookers in dumpsters on parsons only 3 years ago.

But see, that's /exactly/ why I want to buy it now. See, that strip of town is tucked neatly between German Village and Olde Towne... once all the rich gay men finish buying everything in GV and OT they're going to start moving over... and then the property value on that house will totally explode!

When I say I want to be your next-door neighbor, I mean it 100000%.

I swear to you.

Well, how about if you move back and stay with us until you can save up enough money to buy it? :) We miss you

I could buy that house, as long as we have jobs. :) So get Jen a job!

that is a cool house!

(but you could get one in my subdivision for $75 to $100k)

Dude, I don't want to live on Jingo Lane! Your subdivision terrifies me, AND you don't have basements!

Uhm...I can't see the house you want so bad?
Link isn't working.

Please don't think that I would be miserable if we went back to Columbus. We have talked about this. And I have had a year to think things over and reflect. You know how I feel and that I am for a move back to Columbus if one (preferrably both) of us can land a job BEFORE moving.
