I took some pictures of some people on our trip. I'm far too lazy/busy to actually upload them, though. Aah well. We all have our crosses to bear, I guess.

I don't know what I was thinking when I made my first day back to work a 10-hour billing day. I suppose this proves once and for all that I am ridiculous. I ran around like an idiot all day trying to take bites of food in my car. After my 5:30 home visit, I raced to the market for produce and cold cuts (since we have no food), got home and started plowing through all the laundry. I have a list of thank you notes to write and I have paperwork from work - I can't decide which to get started on while the laundry runs.

I can't believe that it will be JUNE in a week and it is currently 40 degrees and I have the heat on. I think someone up there is forgetting this little thing called spring and that it will be SUMMER soon, which means my coworkers should not be coming into work wearing hats and scarves. WTF? This is the freakiest weather ever and I am HATING it. At least we were in Cbus this past weekend where it was marginally sunny and warm enough to wear shorts sometimes. I need to be wearing shorts, people. IT'S ALMOST JUNE.

I need another day off to snuggle and make out with my smoochie. I was totally robbed when she got sick. She really only felt okay on Friday. I think I deserve another vacation.
