montague's not bad at all. i would also scope out goshen big time. lots of homebody lesbians live there. in fact, goshen has the highest percentage of lesbians in the northeast. granted, only like 900 people live there, but oodles of them are lesbians and their babies!!!
I LOOOOVE the bigger house. It's so huge and nice. And they're asking under 200K!!! WOW!
I'd buy it and move the door over the the center of the front of the house. Then it'd be perfect. And you'll need a grill... yes a grill and probably one of those fancy coat racks.
