judecorpSmoochie brought home a dozen pink roses and a sweet little note. Awwwh! If I'd have known it would have immediate consequences, I would have said, "You're not romantic anymore," a whole lot sooner! ;)
I get flowers about once every couple of years, usually. (Though we were graced with some from some lovely friends when we got married.) Most of the time I'm pretty anti-cut flowers, but sometimes it's just okay. The day my boss cut fresh flowers out of her garden to offer sympathy for my father's death was one such time. And this time is right up there, too.
