Also, mad props to Jen ([livejournal.com profile] bellabooks) and Olex ([livejournal.com profile] mostlyhere) for the spread of Superbowl snacks that entirely consisted of crescent rolls. (Oh, crescent rolls, how I love thee...) We had jokingly tossed around the idea of only eating crescent rolls at the Superbowl a while back and they totally ran with it! We had crescent roll pizzas, crescent rolls stuffed with mushrooms and spinach and fennel, crescent rolls stuffed with buffalo chicken and blue cheese and celery, and pigs in a blanket. They were also going to put chocolate in crescent rolls for dessert but we were all so burned out on crescent rolls by that point.

Woah, starch coma, and we'll probably all be constipated for days. But really, how can you NOT love folks who will make a 5 course crescent roll smorgasbourd for you?

I just might need this buffalo crescent recipe. That sounds just delish.

Unroll crescent roll. Put in: blue cheese dressing, some cut up celery, and shredded pieces of boneless buffalo chicken from those freezer-section bags of unhealthy food. Bake.

YUMMMMMM, those were my favorite by far!

Bake at what? For how long? Doesn't the carrot and celery get all mushy that way? And wouldn't that turn salad dressing rancid?

Carrot? What is this carrot? Just celery. And blue cheese. And chicken.

And I didn't bake it, but I'm guessing it's the temp/time that the crescent roll package says. (The chicken in the frozen bag is all precooked.)

I dunno - the salad dressing seemed fine to me. Maybe Olex can chime in or something. You know I'm not a cook.

Thank you for having me! It was fun. =) Just promise we can have pumpkin pancakes all the time. Boy those were good. I had pumpkin coffee at Guv-nah's today, which was also good, but not nearly as good as those pancakes. YUM. Now I'm all kinds of hungry.

We can always have pumpkin pancakes. I love pumpkin!

You should go to the UMO student union (or whatever that main place was called, I get confused at every school) and see if the cafeteria/food court over there still sells pumpkin chocolate chip whoopie pies. Because HOLY CRAP, those were tasty.

Forhoweverlong you've had that userimage of "Cat Fud" I've never gotten it.

Just now, in a moment of clarity, I got it. Fud. Jud. I got it now. Jeesh.
