Fertility Update: E2 today

My E2 came back at 125 today, which the on-call nurse said sounded pretty good for 5 days at 75iu of Follistim. Still, she didn't have any of my info readily available to her as she was the after-hours nurse and she didn't know why I didn't have an ultrasound. She told me to just do the same dose tonight and call my doctor's office in the morning.

For whatever reason, the doctor's office didn't call me back this afternoon with my results and instructions, and by the time I decided to call in and find out what was up (4pm or so), they were closed and I got the after-hours nurse. She didn't have a good reason why I didn't get a call (she said maybe "a computer glitch") and I'm not terribly happy about that, but I guess things happen. So I will call my regular nurse tomorrow and see what she wants me to do in terms of doses and coming back in for more monitoring.

I don't know if it's the Follistim or what, but I can't drink enough water these days. I feel thirsty all the time. Maybe my blood sugar is out of whack? I don't know. Also, I have a raging headache right now. Not sure if it's related, but it sucks. I was supposed to go to the grocery store with Jen and I couldn't pull it off.

i've been thirsty like crazy, too. i drank a gallon of gatorade in less than 24 hours!

I wonder if there's like dryer weather going on or something? I should get some Propel or Gatorade or something to see if that helps, although Gatorade has too much sugar so maybe I'll look for SmartWater. *shrug*

i've been waking up multiple times a night with a super dry throat and mouth (despite having a humidifier going!).

it sucks, because i wake up and have to drink something, then wake up to pee an hour later, and have to drink something again. literally, i'm usually up every hour all night long doing this...

I hear you. I drank water like a mofo last night, and I woke up twice to pee and once to take my temperature. I am NOT usually a "wake up several times in the night to pee" person. Argh!

I was very thirsty on stims plus occasional headaches. :( Hope things continue to go well!!!

Hunh. I never thought that The Ridiculous Thirst could be from the medication, but I guess that's what it is. It's crazy. I will drink a whole bottle of water (16oz) and STILL my mouth is dry like I haven't had a drink in days.

I hope I'm not getting totally dehydrated!

Probably not getting dehydrated ... just keep drinking!!! Gatorade is good too.

No can do Gatorade, as I don't drink sweet stuff! :)
