I worked a million hours today. Okay not really, but it kind of felt like it. I had playgroup and then had five hours of totally back-to-back stuff scheduled, immediately followed by a meeting with our mortgage dude. *dies*

It's fun to have a friend be your mortgage guy, though. Because not only does he not kill you for asking a million ridiculous questions (it's part of my charm, really), he pays for your pizza and says he'll expense it. Yay! Of course, the pizza is totally blub-blubbing in my stomach right now so maybe it wasn't the best choice. Aah well. (It made Daedalus happy.)

I have a short day tomorrow but it is a killer. I had a blood draw (beta) at 8:15 in Quincy but I'm trying to get there for 8 because I have an 8:45 assessment back in Dorchester (poor planning, I know), then 11am and 12pm home visits. I'm done with official business at 1 but I'm also going to try to go to the closing radiology place in Brookline to get a hard copy of my HSG records and then head back to the office to do some paperwork.

How do I get myself into this crap, really? Augh.

BTW, I talked to a friend last night who lives out in western MA. He's going to check with a couple other folks he knows that might have a small in-law apartment they'd be willing to rent out for a while....
