Had IUI today. Most painful one yet. I guess she had a tough time getting the catheter in. (Ouch) Had cramps and spotting. Suck.

So tired. So so tired. Must go to bed.

I've done two home visits this week. This whole week! And my visit tomorrow (after group) got cancelled. Whoops. No productivity this week.

Did I mention tired? *dies*

It's National Coming Out Day. I'm coming out to say that I still find boys cute. It's also Neal's birthday. And my nephew, Logan's. But not mine, even though I got a happy birthday phone call today AND a gift certificate from my Mom. <3 <3

Yes.

And yes it is common to have several different house offer stuffs...especially in this market. As you found out with contestant #2, they don't BELIEVE that their place is worth less than it really is, because they don't WANT to believe it...PITA indeed...

Yeah, we haven't had any questions except this one thing we got from the closer, but I'll probably e-mail you about that later... don't really want to get into it here.

We are now trying for house number 3, and it already has an offer pending. I GIVE UP!!

Don't give up! It sucks sometimes, but to give you an idea of how evil the market is, Melis and I were ACTIVELY looking for 4 months before we found this place...so don't give up!
