Sick day!

I decided to play it safe and call out sick today. I'm feeling a little better now but definitely have that heavy-headed feeling that says you're still sick and your body will realize it once you start working hard. So I'm going to stay home and chill and eat soup and just generally try to kick this thing before it blows up into something for real. The last thing I need to do is walk into a bunch of germy day cares and manhandle kids when my immune system is down.

I feel badly, though, because I have four home visits today and this would be the second to the last time I will see any of them... I will see all of them next week so it's not SO bad, but I do have a bit of Social Worker Guilt.

Take care of yourself. I hope you have some yummy chicken noodle soup to eat. Mmmm and grilled cheese. Oh yea and tea. Ok now you have all of my normal get better food listed.

I don't know what kind of soup I have, but I know we have no cheese. But I do love grilled cheese!

Good for you in taking care of yourself. If more people did that, there would be less sick and grumpy people.
