I never check livejournal/my email more than when I'm writing a paper.
I also do other things to procrastinate, like shower and pluck my eyebrows. There's never a better time to do it then before a long night of paper writing.
This sucker isn't due til Tuesday, though, so I'm actually ahead of schedule.
Whenever I had finals or whatever in college, I always had the cleanest dorm room in the whole freaking state. Finals was the perfect time to reorganize my closet, scrub out the bathroom, wash all the sheets and blankets... you name it.
