i was really into CIB when i was pregnant and nothing sounded good. i found i actually like the no sugar added better than the regular.

In a previous life, I used to drink the no-sugar one but since I cut out artificial sweeteners earlier in the year, that's a no-go. Although I will say that I totally avoid sweet stuff most of the time, and I think part of the reason I am so into CIB is that it tastes like freaking candy. :)

I'm trying to pump up my protein intake (and hey, let's face it, I'm not a big protein eater) and I can't drink soy protein shakes all the time! (So bland.)

When I was a kid my Grandma had Carnation Instant Breakfast and I would always try and get some. I thought it was delicious like a shake and it horrified my grandma because I wanted to drink it all the time. She didn't want me "having that many breakfasts!"

But yes, it is sweet and creamy and delicious (18g sugar, YUM) and I LOVE IT.

Don't tell your Grandma, but I have one almost every evening for dessert.

Hi my name is Kathy, I'm addicted to survivor also.

Last night was a good show. This year they have lots of twists. It's weird to see them have a jury before the tribes have merged and if I'm counting correctly they will have 10 on the jury. They never have an odd number. So I'm sure there is one more surprise.

Yeah, I was thinking that maybe they would have a final 3 rather than a final 2, but that still leaves the possibility of a 3-3-3 tie, as unlikely as that may be. So I'm not sure what the twist may be. Maybe leaving 3rd place out of the jury, to avoid any deals being cut during the final immunity?

And did you get a signal? You may have to try and put in Hahtfuhd for your signals. Channel 3 would be your CBS. Hope that helps. ;)

Our cable didn't get installed until yesterday (Friday), so we downloaded it on the internet yesterday and watched it.

Yeah, I feel like they've done quite a bit to spice up this season. That's good because the last couple of seasons have been pretty unremarkable.
