So a couple of hours after I got the e-mail from my former boss that I was officially hired at St0newall, I got an e-mail from the Director of that long-term care program I interviewed at - and THEY want to hire me, too. Augh.

I'm already committed to the St0newall job (was committed as soon as I expressed interest, actually) and that job is the best job for me as a pregnant chick (because of the lower hours and easy work). But now that I might not be a pregnant chick? Yeah, I worry that we made a poor choice.

It is amazing how much of this is wrapped up in each other. When we decided about the part-time job, it was never even a thought that we might not be pregnant. Maybe that's naivete on our part, but it just didn't even factor in. It was unfathomable. We had seen heartbeats and the RE said we could expect a normal twin pregnancy.

Gosh, I hope it's still unfathomable. I am so scared for tomorrow. Please be growing, little dude!

In other news, there is some movie on A&E tonight called Gays On Strike starring John Stamos as A GAY. Ha ha ha, we are SO watching. I love cable.

Jude, you have an army of friends behind you-- we will all keep you in our thoughts and trust me, I will definitely be looking at the clock tomorrow morning and thinking of you.

I'm so watching that movie tonight, too. I've been getting excited about it. Yay!

He reminds me of Eric McCormack, though. Ew.

And I'm praying for your little dude that he's still growing, too.

*hugs*

So what time is it on for you? Because it's on in 45 minutes here. Which I think means I get to watch it before you, because I am in the FUTURE! :)

I just can't look at John Stamos without thinking of Jesse and the Rippers from "Full House." So this should be amusing.

Thanks for the prayer. :)

What do Gays refuse to do when they go on strike?

You know - design your clothes and do your hair. ;)

That's the gay men. But what do lesbians refuse to do? Change your tire?
There just don't seem to be as many lesbian stereotypes as there are gay stereotypes.

Yeah. I mean, there are stereotypes about lesbian relationships, but not as many about actual lesbians. Although I guess most lesbian stereotypes are kind of butch lesbian stereotypes, as if all lesbians wear men's clothes and drive motorcycles.

Ok, so first things first I have this really good feeling that everything will work out fine for you and Jen and baby A and the kitties (even if Fin is a little slow). But I wanted to share this bizarre dream I had about you last night. I dreamt that I moved to Boston (yes I realized you moved) and that I met you in this huge beautiful shower in an apartment building. You were really upset because you had some kind of growth on your breast. You told me that the doctor assured you it was nothing but that it kept getting bigger. I remember thinking how thin you were and then you left and I realized that there was this mirror in the shower that showed everyone as being super model thin so I stayed in the shower a really long time. Then when I got out later I was telling my *roommates?* that I had met you and I was chastised for not telling them that I was your new contact at Boston College. Weirdness.

Good vibes to you and yours today:)

You know what's funny about all of that? Our apartment in Boston had a really awesome shower.

Too bad it didn't have a mirror that made everyone thin, though.

Oh, I bet there are a few people.

By the way, I don't know if I ever mentioned it, but your holiday card rocked! Thanks for all of the pictures. You are the best! (And the charms were cute, too!)
