My Snowy Valentine

Well really I guess it would be "My Icy Valentine" because we didn't get a lot of actual snow, just a lot of hail.

Not much happened, though. Lots of pajamas. Jen worked from home. I watched a lot of television. I eat less when I'm not at work - don't know what's up with that. We went outside eventually to shovel and clean off the cars, salt the walk, dig out the mailbox. Jen got a really bad earache so we just watched more television. Ate the chocolates that Jen gave me. I made her some cookies after dinner.

Frank was moving up a storm yesterday, not sure what is up with that but I sure don't mind. Still not really any bigger. Still have waist of doom - I think that's what kills the knocked up look. Funny, I don't remember being so "waisty" before.

Hopefully tonight after work I can get a card and we can try Valentine's all over again. Ugh, work. It's going to be C-O-L-D and I do NOT want to make the long walk from the parking lot to the office, and then the office to my meeting on the other side of campus. *shiver*

It's supposed to be in the 50's here today but it was chilly when I let the dog out this morning.

I'm ready for real spring weather.

Oh my goodness, I would kill for 50s. Okay, not really kill, but you know. It's current 10° with a projected high of 19°. Doesn't that make you want to take a nice 15 minute walk?

you might be "waisty" because your hips and other parts might be moving about/spreading for the getting ready part.... though it's still a bit away for the actual delivery you may be shifting and not even realize it.

Oh, there is definitely shifting. I feel it on my right side where my femur goes into my pelvic bone. It's not really /hurting/ yet but it feels mildly annoying. It's only a matter of time. :)

I wonder what is up with that? I mean, I pretty much bring only healthy snacks so it's not a total big deal, but when I am at work I just want to chow down the whole time I'm there.
