Knitted blanket goodness!

I took some pictures of the two gorgeous blankets we've received for our baby. And now you can all be jealous!

I made a scarf once. Every so often I think, "Oh, I should knit something again," and then I remember that it took me two years to actually FINISH that scarf. HA!

BTW, when I get a chance, I would love to make a stuffed bear, rabbit, or puppy for you and kieron's little one. Tell me which animal you want and take a look at my gallery of hurricane bears and let me know what color scheme you want. I have tons of scrap fabric so I should be able to make just about any color combo you want.

Awwh, that's really sweet!

Our kid room colors are sticking to the basics - red, blue, yellow for the most part, of the primary variety (not pastel), perhaps with a little green in there for good measure.

As for the animal, I could never decide. You pick! I'm sure whichever it is, she will love it to little tiny pieces.
