Furniture and pie

judecorpToday Jen did a little paint touch-up in the kid room and then we got to work on assembling the kid furniture. Eryn and Amy came to help AND brought us a squash pie! (They remembered that I loved their last one from our Superbowl Party so much that I devoured it and randomly made me another! How cool is that??!?!) Oh my goodness, I have already had two pieces of pie today. SOMEBODY STOP ME!
Now how often does someone help you do some sort of project AND bakes you a pie from scratch? I mean, really. When does this happen? YOU HAVE TO LOVE THESE PEOPLE, people!

Mmmmmmm, squash pie! And now the kid room has a crib, dresser/changing table, and toy box. Whee! (It's awfully weird to see that stuff in there.)
