Hot today. REALLY hot today. It's 7:30pm and it's currently about 93°. That's not typical up in these parts. Good thing Jen installed the window A/C in the bedroom on Sunday. In an hour I'll crank it up so it will be good for comfy sleeping.

We're pretty lucky with our house, though, in terms of staying cool. High of 97° today, still 93°, and it's somewhere around 80° in here with no A/C. Not too bad.

I went swimming with Morgan over at his apartment complex pool today, which was a very welcome break from the heat. The pool was a bit chilly but it sure helped when we got out and could actually sit outside for a while. Tons of people from the apartment complex were there, including several young girls, one of whom was pregnant and had a cute, big belly with NO stretch marks! (WTF?). I try not to be a majorly judgmental about what people do, but when she started smoking I got really irritated. Grrrr.

But the swimming was awesome!

80 degrees, I would die and wouldn't get up off the couch. When I'm not preggo I can handle 80 no prob. I don't know how you're doing it!

I'm a hot weather person. It's about 83 right now and I'm starting to get uncomfortable, but the window A/C is on in the bedroom so it should be cooler in there. I'm headed to bed really soon.

It's supposed to be a hot one tomorrow, too. Maybe I can con Morgan into going swimming again!! ;)

Seriously, though? It doesn't bother me all that much.

I need our air set to 72 or 73. When I'm not pregnant, I don't need the air on at all until it hits 85. Wen I was pregnant with Maylie, they'd have the heat set to 74 in the office (granted we're wearing long sleeves too), an dI felt like I was just doing to pass out.

Weirdo. ;)

Seriously though, heat is okay with me, but the sticky humidity can take me down now that I'm pregnant. It's that clammy "can't breathe" feeling that I can't deal with more than just feeling warm.
