In keeping with my promise to take better care of myself, I have now completed my second dental check-up in a row. (This is a big deal for me, I've been known to go 5 years or so between dentists because I hate the dentist.) And - hooray! - everything was great.
The dentist applauded my impeccable flossing efforts and told me my gums were the best gums she'd seen all day. And there were no cavities and only the same "watch" areas that I had last time. I agreed to another disgusting flouride treatment (not covered by insurance, but oh well) and hope that it has some benefit because it tastes soooo nasty.
My dentist checks for cavities with a FRICKIN' LASERBEAM, so I guess it's not all bad.

We went to Applebees with Coworker Gina after work and Oh Em Gee, I ate so much I think I'm going to explode. Yuck. I wish I hadn't done that, but it was so yom yom.

I am incredibly amused by all of the people who are volunteering friends/relatives/spouses to my SpermQuest. :)
