My life rocks!
Jul. 23rd, 2002 05:29 pmSo after all of the cool stuff I did yesterday afternoon, my evening/night went like this:
-went to Kaleidoscope
-went to kickboxing
-showered and called Mel
-had dinner with Mel at Union Station
-ran into 3 boys I know at Coffee Table
-took quick walk in Goodale Park
-drove to Westerville
-went to Graeter's and met Sara
-ate free ice cream (WOOT! Thanks so much.)
-stopped at Starbak and hung out with Ryan
-jumped on the trampoline
-laid on trampoline under stars with Ryan and Mel
-went back to Mel's
-fell asleep
(I put 100 miles on my car yesterday. CRAZY!)
This morning I slept in while Mel did doula-duty, because I volunteered to wait for her cable people to come between 12 and 2. I spent the morning doing free laundry (Thank you SO MUCH!!) and watching movies on cable. I saw this movie (Southern Comfort) that was a documentary about a terminally ill transman and his friends in rural Georgia, and Pay It Forward. Mel is so damned cool, and I'm very lucky (and thankful) we're friends.
And there aren't enough nice things I can say about my Ryan. He is, no contest, the best boyfriend I've ever had, and an amazing friend, too.
