Another Year, Another Victory
Jan. 26th, 2003 10:51 pm(So I consider this Superbowl Season a total success - homemade chocolate chip cookies /and/ I got a self-proclaimed "I don't watch sports" girl to not only watch, but cheer.)
My friend Guy and I have this long-standing Superbowl bet. It started as his attempt to get me to watch football, arguably his favorite thing in the whole entire universe. So about five years ago, he and I started betting on the game. We take turns picking which team we're going to root for, and then there is much mockery. The winner gets to call the loser "Ratbutt" for an entire year.
I have been victorious four out of five years. And I started calling him "Ratbutt" at the half. Neener!

But the commercials were totally sucky this year.
