I'm so glad that folkyboy was able to indulge my need to go out to dinner tonight. I picked him up and we headed to La Paloma in Quincy because I didn't want to deal with picking out a place and getting there on the T. Besides, La Paloma has yummy food that is pretty affordable. Mmm. On the way into the restaurant I made a joke that Tim was "my beard" in case I ran into someone I knew. This is laughable because I never see anyone I know, especially at some random Mexican restaurant in Quincy. So we sit down and one of my coworkers is across the room from us! So I wave and she waves and then she comes over on her way out and introduces me to her husband. And I introduce her to Tim. HE WAS SO MY BEARD TONIGHT, HA HA HA HA!

Also, there is a new SVU tonight. This is very exciting. The only thing more exciting would be if I had ice cream. Or: see above.

And I am addicted to that new "Soldier" song by Destiny's Child. I am becoming so, so trashy. I know my addiction won't last long, though, because the song plays like every 45 minutes on Jam'n 94.5. So I will be sick of it like, oh, say, tomorrow.

Also, to feed my Daedalus addiction, I ordered an Italian Charm from eBay with a picture of a cat that looks just like Daedalus! I got it today and it is so freaking cute I could die!
