I just spent the entirety of my open hours¹ playing football outside.

¹Open hours are 1.5 hour blocks of time when a case manager is scheduled to be available for walk-ins, random concerns, and other miscellany.

Eh, that's life in a call center...they assume everyone has the emotional, mental, and professional maturity of a 12 year old and act accordingly. *sigh* And then of course the management is hundreds of times worse and needs to be thrown off the roof.

That's right, you told me that the other night...I say we put on black masks and get billy clubs and dole out punishment to bad employers! >; D
