The Ring

Last night I took sacharine on a date to see The Ring. In the spirit of "things have a way of working out," we missed the 9:40 show and had to go at 10:30. There were about 6 other people in the theatre, and one of them was prettyvacantone.

So I got a hot date /and/ smooches. GO ME!

p.s. I liked The Ring quite a bit, though I definitely enjoyed the snarky commentary we made:
- Moss on your roof is very scary.
- Having a bad hair day is scary.
- Where's the upside down chair? FLIP THE CHAIR!
- That's the scariest mental health record room I've ever seen!

Oh, and you know what? I think it would be really cool if all of you tried to create/illustrate/fabricate an image of me and post it as a comment! :)

I've said it before and I'll say it again, you've got the most overwhelmingly positive attitude of anyone on my friends list, and probably of anyone I know. So right away, you've got that going for you.

You strike me as a very outgoing person, and you have way more fun than any single individual ought to. In terms of the way we socialize, you're my polar opposite, and I'm sometimes tempted to sneak down to Klumbis, steal your skin, and live your life for a week. I wouldn't worry about that happening, though. Your skin is way too small for me.

[Speaking of skin, that picture of your ear creeps me out. Not because you've got all the piercings, I actually like the piercings. It's because the top of your ear looks so red. It might be as simple as poor color balance in the picture, but it makes me want to dunk your head in a tub of hydrogen peroxide.]

You've got interesting insights on gender- and sexual-identity issues, which I find both informative and fascinating. In other words, you get out much.

You're also funny, open and generous. You care about people and I think that's why you've got such an impressive collection of devoted followers (one might even call them a throng). If I were you, I'd seriously consider starting a cult.

It /is/ red. That picture was taken the day I got the industrial piercing. I assure you, it doesn't have that hue anymore. :)

Thank you for the lovely compliments, Gallydear. You painted a picture with words that I hope I can live up to. Regardless of whether you want to fit into my skin, you should come to Columbus so we can hang out! :) And I want to get up there sometime soon if I can. I miss you guys!
