Shoot! Score! 2004!
Aug. 1st, 2003 09:20 pmYou know, Howard Dean is playing too far to the middle for me, at least for a primary. I think I'm going to have to evaluate my "Dean rocks my pants" sentiment, and instead leave my pants-rocking for Dennis Kucinich (even if he /does/ look like an Oompa Loompa).
If I'm going to end up "lesser of two evils"-ing, I'm not going to do it in the primary. I'll pick someone as crazily progressive as I am. :)
Yeah.

Why am I not surprised, Mike?
That said... I recognize Michael Moore is a successful entertainer, and I was duly entertained by his letter.

I mean, who else is even CLOSE? Certainly not Lieberman or Kerry.

Even as a third-party guy I think it makes sense to make certain decisions based on a candidate's larger appeal. Not many people voted for Jello Biafra when he ran against Nader for the Green nomination in 2000.

Why is he too far in the middle...
Date: 2003-08-02 11:58 am (UTC)What's he done to piss you off?
Personally? I plan to register all my cats and two hamsters and vote six times for Dean. :)
