Haha. Yeah, absolutely. It was quite a stress. (Not to share too much--me???--but I went to therapy last night and my therapist gave me permission to sleep nonstop for the next week. She was amazed at what I'd been through.)

We were in New Jersey, then Rhode Island. It was family-o-rama, and you can read all about it now (but it's hellishly long).

Considered trying out as a burlesque dancer (still undecided), posted about stuff I'm thankful for, suffered a brief bout of mixer envy, took a really cute picture of the midget after Himself decided we should go out on Black Friday, and wrote about said shopping experience.

Also started making Laurel geek t-shirts, but only have one finished so far. Will post photos of those once I'm closer to done.

It's actually fantastically complicated because the breakup came about not because of us per se, but because he's so overwhelmed and unhappy with everything else crowding in on his life right now. So I'm an enormous puddle of ripped up sad, but also sense he's the one in greater need right now, and want to be able to support him through what's a horribly difficult moment. How honor both impulses? That's a tricky one.
