A while ago I bought this cereal at Trader Joe's called "More and Less" that is supposed to be better for you because it is high in fiber and protein and lower in carbs. Whatever, it was apple cinnamon flavored and had dried apples in it, so I figured it would be good.
I was wrong. It tastes like ass.
It tastes like SO MUCH ass, that even though I only had 1/3 bowl of it (the other 2/3 are what's left of the apple cinnamon cheerio knock-offs from TJ's), AND I put an entire delicious perfectly-ripe-as-much-as-I-like-it banana on top, AND used enough milk to make it sufficiently soggy, it STILL tastes like total ass. It spoiled the milk. It spoiled the cheerios. And it is even spoiling the delicious banana goodness.
Sad.

Date: 2005-04-02 06:31 pm (UTC)I've just been encouraged to lower my carb intake with the medicine I'm taking. (Since it's also a Type II Diabetes drug, it affects how your bodt digests carbs/sugars and can give you gastric issues.) And since i LOVES me some carbs, I figured I might as well give it a LITTLE bit of a shot. (And continue eating cake and candy. Heh.)
