Eff the USPS

I got home from work tonight and was So! Excited! to see a big box on my front steps. I think I even exclaimed aloud, "My package!" It was even wrapped in a plastic bag so it wouldn't get snowy. I was so relieved to know that thatpatti's stuff didn't get lost and everything was going to be okay. So I ran up to the front steps and opened the door, and dragged the big box into the house...

...and it was from laserkitty. HER maternity clothes, also shipped parcel post but quite a bit (over a week) later, have graced my front porch.

Thanks, Nikki! But I'm sorry, Patti! I will call the post office AGAIN. Argh! Stupid postal service.

oh, but honestly - if it DOES get lost, it won't be the end of the world. I"M certainly not planning on using them again...

Well yeah, but still, it's so bizarre. The main post office 20 minutes from here SWEARS they received and moved the package on right on time on Feb. 22. That was so long ago!

Heh, I still haven't gotten the test. ;) BUT! Our mailman didn't even bother showing up until 5.30 today...so maybe all of USPS is suffering a bit from the winter blues.

Man, maybe the USPS just HATES me.

I stuffed the test in a regular envelope. Maybe I confused the USPS. Who knows? So silly.

Yea! I hope there's some stuff in there that will be useful. I neglected to send the leopard prints and other bizzare things that were sent to me. YOu just don't seem the leopard print kinda gal Jude.

There are a lot of tshirts which will come in really handy once the warm weather comes! Although I've gotta say there's a red one with bows on it that MIGHT require a picture... and then a quick change. :)
