You're complaining about more books in the world, so here's where I chime in that 'American Idol' can get you a record deal for just *appearing* upon it? Isn't that like saying 'You speak English?! Have a book deal!' (I'm looking at you, James Frey!)

(Yeah, I'll qualify that with the assertion I've never watched a single episode of the show.)
